  • Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) - Operated jointly by the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology, Sydney. Provides free access to Australian legal materials with over a million searchable documents. AustLII publishes public legal information: that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports, etc). AustLII also provides a large index of other legal sites from around the world, which is fully searchable and well organized.
  • Austrian Federal Ministry of Justice - The official site of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Justice contains detailed but comprehensive information about the Austrian Judicial System, publishes current law-drafts, numerous brochures, press info, free legal forms and offers a court database including data of all Austrian Courts. The site is in German with introductory pages in English and French. A link list provides access to all important Austrian Law Sites and EU Sites.
  • Family Court of Australia - The Family Court of Australia is a superior federal court. The Court's jurisdiction is defined in the Family Law Act 1975.

    The Family Court of Australia web site contains extensive information for clients concerning divorce and other related issues. The site also contains court forms, daily court lists, judgments, practice directions, links to relevant legislation, papers and reports and corporate information. The site also contains specific information about how to manage your case, specific information for students and young people, a specific set of pages for missing children, and more.
