Tisdel Law Firm - Ouray, Colorado
The Tisdel Law Firm has been around since the 1970’s and represents clients from several parts of Colorado. Started when Richard P. Tisdel took on the existing practice of long-time Ouray attorney and judge, Philip Icke, the firm was built up and nurtured into one of the most respected and well established firms in the region. After Mr. Tisdel’s death in 1999, the firm was named after him, honoring his memory. Today, the Tisdel Law Firm serves in all areas of the state, from Telluride to Denver.
Throughout its 40 plus years, the Tisdel Law Firm has had many memorable cases and people pass through its doors. The firm specializes in all aspects of real estate, including water rights, natural resources, mining laws and business formation and representation. Other areas include conflict mediation and criminal defense. This firm provides advice on the buying and selling of real estate and focuses on clients in need of governmental approvals at all levels of government including municipal, county, state and federal agencies.
